Isness Is My Business

I am a Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie. I was an elementary school teacher and principal for over thirty years. I have a daily practice in meditation and am an avid runner and biker. 

The common element to all these practices is isness: the state of being totally present to what is. I find peace when I stay focused on what is, thus:
